Your gas meter reading can be phoned in Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm to our regular office number 780-967-2246, or toll-free 1-800-290-5491. Readings can also be faxed anytime to 780-967-3000,  or e-mailed using the message box below.  Regardless of the method used to submit the reading, always give your account number, account name, date that the reading was taken, and the meter reading.  Readings should be taken on the LAST day of each month and must be received for processing bY the 5th of THE next month.  If a monthly reading is not received, a $25.00 penalty charge will be applied to your gas account and our staff will read your meter. Payments can be received at the front counter during normal business hours (8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday). They can also be dropped off 24/7 in the drop box at our front door, sent in the mail, or be made at your financial institution (Teller, ATM, Bank Website, TelePay).
